You may have caught the recent Press Release, “Nicole Tucker recognized for outstanding achievement receiving the 2020 Pinnacle Award“… reserved for associates that have sold more than 50+ homes or closed a minimum of $33,750,000 from home sales in a calendar year.
To put it into perspective, there are 6,345 active selling agents in our area composed of over 1,223 independent Real Estate Brokerage Companies (who knew!). Fewer than 80 selling agents in the greater Bay Area (Alameda & Contra Costa Counties) are recognized as a Pinnacle Award Recipient. Break that down further to individual sales associates vs a “sales team, i.e., multiple licensed agents working under a team leader’s name) and the list is shorter yet.
I’m only as good as the customers I serve. For everyone that has helped me along the way, thank you. I appreciate the award recognition but most importantly, appreciate the clients that have selected me as their service provided. It’s because of you, I have the delight of receiving our industry’s highest praise.
